Delivering high throughput and low cost, Speedlines innovative Camalot XyflexPro HVB dispenser system features truly dramatic process improvement and cost of ownership benefits with the highest throughput underfill solution on the market. The newest member of the firms XyflexPro family uses a proprietary, patent-pending, conveyor-less material handling system and dual dispense heads. Its typical performance is three-to-five times faster than conventional single lane systems.
The dramatic increase is achieved by optimizing the number of parts in process to fully absorb long capillary flow times, part transport times and extended product heating times. The innovation results in maximum dispense head utilization without requiring the change of substrate carriers. The AccuFlex printer system easily handles boards from 3" x 2" to 23" x 20" and is capable of printing 12-mil pitch devices with consistent accuracy.
