Heritage Structures, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an Indiana Mill to manufacture and sell pre-fabricated garages throughout seven Midwest States.
Cape Canaveral, FL (PRWEB) August 27, 2004 -- Frank Crivello, Managing Member, Crivello Group, LLC announced that Heritage Stuctures, Inc. (Heritage”) reached a definitive agreement to acquire the plant, equipment, improvements, and land assets formerly owned and operated by Tru-Built Lumber, Inc., (Tru-Built”) of Williamsport, Indiana. Crivello Group, LLC agreed to provide financing to Heritage in its purchase from Tru-Built. Before Tru-Built entered bankruptcy and ceased operations, it manufactured prefabricated garages and sold them through a dealer network to homeowners throughout Midwestern States. On August 18, 2003 announced (http://www.crivello.com/press/081803.html) that its principals provided a working capital facility to Heritage.
Crivello Group LLCs Managing Member Frank P. Crivello stated: This facility will enable Heritage to accelerate its start up plan. We have and will provide financing and strategic consulting services to Heritage.” Heritages Executive Vice President Jerry Bullock stated: We are excited to resume production at this mill. We will commence operations within sixty days.”
