Optical Bandwidth Demands Growing - Sign of Nations Economic Recovery

Shopping habits of major companies can be recent indicator of an economic up turn.

APTOS (SANTA CRUZ COUNTY), Calif. (PRWEB) – The nations economy seems to be moving its way back up via the information technology sector, or at least that is what one bandwidth brokerage company is predicting. Over the past six weeks, TopSavings.Net announced that more than 50 of the Fortune 500 companies have been inquiring into bandwidth expansion or upgrades, and more are expected to come in as the weeks continue.

"When you see this many of the Fortune 500 coming in all at once, you cant help but notice that these companies are getting ready for business … big business", says Aaron Siegel, Chief Operating Officer of TopSavings.Net. We are seeing lots of activity within federal and state government as well. Whether its due to homeland security or a projected up rise in the economy, we are unsure, but government is coming in at just the same time as these large companies."

According to Siegel, many of the inquiries are currently inquisitive due to already existing contracts, but all are very serious and getting ready to either upgrade or expand their communication bandwidth capacity for new and existing locations. One way or another these services are going to be bought, more than likely within the next year following the 2004 elections when many of the current contracts expire.

Siegel believes these expansions and upgrades are a good indicator of things to come for the nations economy as a whole. When big companies start expanding their bandwidth capabilities, they are expecting and preparing for more communication as a result of sales, production, and overall growth. Growth means more jobs for workers in all venues and more revenue productivity for the nation as a whole. Its a very good thing."

Internet and voice communications have become the standard quo for large and small business alike and continue to have grown in necessity. TopSavings.Net has been answering these service demands as an online brokerage consultant agency. By working as a medium between purchaser and provider they offer cost free consulting and cost reduction services for business communications. They claim to save more money for their customers than if they went directly through providers or other brokers themselves. As well as saving money, they also claim to reduce service hassles associated with low quality service providers through a stringent selection process.

The most in demand services being met at this time are SONET Optical Carrier and Gigabit Ethernet bandwidths. TopSavings.Net also offers quotes and consultations for T1, DS3, Optical Carrier, Frame Relay, Collocation, ATM, Gigabit Ethernet, and other Internet and voice related services and products.
