CARY BROTHERS to perform on CBS Late, Late Show" TONIGHT and NBCs Scrubs" TOMORROW

GARDEN STATE SOUNDTRACK musician has TV appearances Monday and Tuesday night.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) September 19, 2004 -- Musician Cary Brothers, whose song Blue Eyes" appears on the hit soundtrack of the acclaimed film GARDEN STATE, will be the musical guest on CBSs The Late, Late Show" this Monday, September 20th. This will be Brothers first nationally-televised TV appearance.

Brothers will also be performing Blue Eyes" on the NBC comedy Scrubs" on Tuesday, September 21st.

"All The Rage" is the independent debut release from LA-based singer/songwriter Cary Brothers. These four tracks, produced by Chad Fischer, run the gamut from power pop ("Supposed To Be") to acoustic folk ("Honestly"), but they all share one thing in common - as Cary says, "They're all pretty much straight from the heart, whether it's being broken or put back together."

A native of Nashville, TN, Cary has been writing and performing music since he got his first guitar at thirteen. Two years ago, Cary was spotted playing at an open mic by acclaimed LA songwriter Gary Jules, who began booking Cary at the famed Hotel Café in Hollywood, where Cary has been playing sold out shows for fans of his impassioned, melodic sound. Cary was recently profiled as a "Breaking and Entering" artist by Billboard Magazine and held the #1 spot on the Folk singles chart on the iTunes Music Store for the last four straight weeks.

In addition, Carys song Blue Eyes" is featured alongside tracks from Coldplay, The Shins, and Simon & Garfunkel on the Sony-released soundtrack of the Fox Searchlight film GARDEN STATE, starring Zach Braff, Natalie Portman, and Peter Sarsgaard. The soundtrack is currently #20 on the Billboard Album Chart.
