Move-Up America Introduces Owner Lease Program for Home Buyers

In addition to the company's Move-Up Program and Rental Program, Move-Up America, the leading contingency management company for production home builders, has available the Owner Lease Program. The Owner Lease Program allows home owners to purchase a new home from a participating builder while keeping their current home as a rental.

(PRWEB) September 27, 2004 -- Move-Up America LLC, the leading contingency management company for production home builders, today announced the availability of the Owner Lease Program, a new program for production home builders and home buyers. The Owner Lease Program allows home owners with an existing home to purchase a new home from a participating builder while keeping their current home as a rental. Under the terms of this program, Move-Up America will pay the home buyer up to 3% of their current homes estimated value. The Owner Lease Program also works in the home owners favor by adding to their ownership equity.

"This new program was created in response to market fluctuations and home builders demands for our ability to help them increase and convert contingency sales," said John E. Horton, CEO of Move-Up America. "Our partners have a rising demand for our services — a testament to the value of our programs and the quality of our contingency management processes."

Move-Up America Owner Lease Program is designed to accelerate and streamline the home buying process for buyers who have an existing home and need to rent it in order to secure on-time closing on their newly constructed home. For the home buyer, the programs are an intrinsic benefit of choosing a builder that provides Move-Up Americas contingency management programs.
