FakeTakes Releases Presidential Debate Collectible Satire

FakeTakes announced today the release of the 2004 Presidential Issue. The Issue commemorates the 2004 Presidential election with two satire cards. The cards feature DUBYA" highlighting President George Bush and FLIP FLOPSY" highlighting Senator John Kerry.

Chagrin Falls, OH (PRWEB) September 30, 2004 -- FakeTakes creates collectable satire cards based on recent events dominating the news. Each card takes a unique look at the event including an item inserted into the card to commemorate the event. The inserts are fakes. Each piece is encapsulated in a plastic case that also contains a Certificate of "Unauthenticity". The card reverse contains an editorial of the event depicted on the front.

The George Bush piece titled DUBYA" contains an image of the President on the USS Abraham Lincoln, with the Mission Accomplished banner seen in the background. The Presidents flight helmet looks strangely like a fraternity beer hat. The flight suit contains numerous meat-based products such as pork rinds and jerky. The collectable satire card contains a genuine" piece of flight suit that is beer and food stained.

The John Kerry piece is titled FLIP FLOPSY" and contains an image of the presidential hopeful in a NASA clean suit. The suit looks strangely similar to a bunny costume. The bunny" is wearing several medals from the Vietnam campaign. The collectable satire card contains the genuine" ribbon from one of John Kerrys discarded purple hearts.

FakeTakes collectable satire cards are released based on the events in the media. The current release features George Bush DUBYA" and John Kerry FLIP FLOPSY".

FakeTakes was inspired by Chicago Cubs fan Steve Bartman who earned his 15 minutes of fame going for a foul ball. The inspiration realized is a collectible satire card based on the events that dominate the media.
