On 12th January 2005 Attitude Engineering, an exciting new executive coaching practice, is launching a service for business owners in SheffieldÂ?s dynamic Cultural Industries Quarter.

David Regler, founder and principal coach at Attitude Engineering, will be hosting a “meet the coach” day on 12th January 2005 at the Workstation on Paternoster Row, Sheffield, where he will be running free coaching taster-sessions throughout the day. With his “Success by Design” programme, David offers executive coaching to business owners and managers, utilising techniques from the field of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

NLP was introduced as a tool for personal development 30 years ago and is based on understanding the impact of attitude, modelling successful performers and developing techniques for improving thinking and communication skills. Today, techniques from NLP have been incorporated into virtually every discipline of learning and achievement and are used worldwide by many global corporations; David now makes these same skills available to the SME sector.

“I have a passion helping people reach higher levels of performance and fully develop their own unique capabilities and talent”, says David. “Coaching is one of the fastest growing professions in the UK, and many companies are beginning to understand how important it can be for their people and management teams”.

Michael Beale, International NLP trainer and leading executive coach says, “David is one of a new breed of NLP professional who has both NLP mastery and a successful business track record; I thoroughly recommend him”
