The MultiMediaCard Association (MMCA) welcomed ATP Electronics Inc. to the Board of Directors 2005 during its recent general membersÂ meeting in Beijing, China. ATP, a manufacturing technology leader of high capacity, best quality digital flash media products, is expected to play a key role in the MMCA assisting in the global promotion and adoption of the MMC standard.
In other news, Danny Lin, Vice President of ATP, was appointed by the MMCA as Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee. LinÂs role will be both to define the associationsÂ marketing strategy and to execute its promotional plans and activities globally. These plans are intended to accelerate the adoption of MMC memory cards in the ever-popular mobile digital devices and applications.

With the new leadership roles on the Board of Directors and on the marketing committee, ATP will further contribute to the global acceptance of the MMC standard and is looking forward to help guide the growth and direction of the association.
