This gives technicians, on site direct access to vital central resources at the touch of a button whilst also allowing TechXpress control to monitor activities and progress at all times.

The technicians are now able to access all information regarding outstanding jobs, allocate themselves to calls based on their locations, and give an accurate Estimated Time of Arrival" to the customer enabling them to respond faster and with the correct information.
