US Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist Request Immunity from Criticism

The "Independence of the Judiciary" is not the remedy for the "Mounting criticism" The remedy is to fight corruption and improve the system.

(PRWEB) January 4, 2005 -- US Chief Justice, speaks about Mounting criticism" of the Judiciary, he seeks more Judicial independence" and offer the aggrieved parties to apply for Justice to the appellate courts. Based on www.injustice.ws the system is in chaos and should be overhauled.

Under the current system, as detailed in the book Victimization by justice" the appellate courts affirm all the wrong decisions and thus should be reformed or shut down.

Attorneys in US are not independent like in England and thus may not be advocates for justice, the outcome is mass corruption and injustice.

Granting immunity from criticism will not eliminate corruption but rather intensify the trend.

Absent appellate courts, which are credible and do a good job of correcting the wrongdoing of lower courts there is no point in judicial independence, which is abused against the people in favor of the interests of the few.
