Final Cut Pro Users to Gather at Macworld
The Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group, (lafcpug) along with leaders from the FCP User Group Network will hold a meeting at the Mezzanine Club in San Francisco Ca. as part of the Macworld Expo festivities, Wednesday, Jan 12, beginning at 7:00PM.
(PRWEB) January 5, 2005 -- The Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group, (lafcpug) along with leaders from the FCP User Group Network will hold a meeting at the Mezzanine Club in San Francisco Ca. as part of the Macworld Expo festivities, Wednesday, Jan 12, beginning at 7:00PM.
On the agenda will be Apple's Bill Hudson who will talk about the soon to be shipping Xsan.
Also scheduled to appear will be Brian Rothschild, Executive Director of the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus who will talk about the program and show clips of students work.
AJAs Ted Schilowitz will show as well as tell about the making of the music video Are you Going To Be My Girl," by the Aussie band, Jet.
DV Guy Philip Hodgetts of Intelligent Assistance will be showing two new options for MultiCam editing with Final Cut Pro.
Jin Woo Joo of the San Francisco based filmmaking group, CinemaSports will talk briefly about the group as well as show clips from past events.
Filmmaker Chris Jenkins will show clips from his HD documentary, Matador."
A raffle with prizes totaling into the thousands of dollars will wrap up the evening.
There will be a $5.00 donation requested at the door. Doors will open at 6:00PM and seating will be first come, first served.
