Mr. Jasinski joined Cogent after a career with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation. At the FBI, he served as the program manager for the implementation of the FBI Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS). Mr. Jasinski worked with the implementation of the National Criminal Information Center 2000 (NCIC 2000). He was Chairman of the Interpol Automated Fingerprint Identification System Working Committee and worked to ensure worldwide AFIS interconnectivity based upon ANSI/NIST standards.
