Conway, NH (PRWEB) January 7, 2005 -- Chef Bud Selmi, president of Sizzlin Sauces LLC, recently doubled his lineup of original hot sauces with the release medium versions of Spittin Fire, Howlin Hollar and Creepin Quag. The new sauces remain true to the companys Yearn for the Burn" motto, while turning down the heat a bit for some of the lines expanding customer base. Spittin Fire Medium contains one-third of the habanero peppers found in the original recipe, and the medium versions of Howlin Hollar and Creepin Quag reduce the habaneros by half.
