Providential Plan Author Offers "Hope"

The author of 30 Days of Providence, A Nation Under God, and 777 Things You Can Do In Heaven, has lauched a new book, God of All Hope as part of an online missionary project.

(PRWEB) January 7, 2005 -- Providential Plan minister and author Ken Clifton says the world, today, needs more hope. "The foundation for faith is choice, and the world is choosing to have faith in fear, rather than to believe our best days may be ahead of us." This "faith in fear," inspired Clifton to write His new book, God of All Hope.

"Our world is saturated with fear," says Clifton. "Whether you look at terrorism in the news, tv shows based on fear, election year fear charges, or more, you see fear everywhere. People are told to fear fifty times a day, but few tell them to have hope. People need hope."

Clifton says that hope is to be found in God. "President Franklin Pierce once said, 'It must be felt that there is no national security but in the nation's humble, acknowledged dependence upon God and His overruling providence.' We are fearful today, because we don't trust that Providential Hand to guide and protect us."

God of All Hope is a 31-day study on the Providence of God with chapters like "Answered Prayer," "Angelic Aid," "In His Hands," and Creator of Hope. The book contains 62 scripture pages, 62 devotional pages (with 31 historical or literary quotes), 31 faith confessions, and a notes section for each day's study. In total, it is 191 pages, and is published through Lulu and is available at their site in paperback and e-book format.

Clifton is the author of 3 prior books: 30 Days of Providence (a free e-book with over 1200 downloads), A Nation Under God, and 777 Things You Can Do In Heaven. He also maintains a website, providential-plan.com; homeschools his daughter; and operates an online ministry.
