The foundation was initially establish to carry out charitable works in the Canadian province of British Columbia but the Tsunami in has refocused its mission and the director Roy Kerwood decided to put his energy to helping rebuild the economy directly through this effort, as the famous quote goes Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime."

The vessels we are going to buy are posted on the web site http://roykerwood.bc.ca/AIP an ongoing donation count will be posted as donations are received.

The crew of the ships will be asked to volunteer their time to sail these boats to the destination villages and train the local fishers on the operation of the boats. We are asking corporations to join in the effort such as Multinational oil companies to provide fuel for the transit costs and Airlines to provide subsidised airfare for the crews.

The losses are so vast and the need so strong that you really must try to help give generously and email the link to your friends.
