New Retreat Helps Women Business Leaders Rekindle Their Passion and Rediscover the Joy of Business -- Leading to Ultimate Success

All Things Connected introduces a new approach to Strategic Planning for Businesses with a 4-day retreat entitled 'The Joy of Business.'

Denver, CO (PRWEB) January 9, 2005 -- All Things Connected introduces a new approach to Strategic Planning for Businesses. 'The Joy of Business' is a powerful 4 day retreat for Women Business Leaders/Owners designed for participants to reconnect with the passion they started their business with, and then enable their visions to become reality by directing that passion to lead their business into the future. The retreat will be held in Keystone, Colorado February 24 -- 28, 2005, where serious work will be done in a fun atmosphere. The cost is $950 which includes 4 nights lodging, breakfasts, lunches and recreational activities.

This powerful and unique retreat has a limited number of participants and is designed to build a network of support for each woman. Once the retreat is over, the work and support doesnt stop. In addition to a follow-up one-on-one coaching session with the facilitator, monthly group teleconference calls are designed to help participants stay on track with their goals and to keep their passion and joy alive. Women enjoy helping and watching other women succeed.

Business leaders start new ventures with a passion and a vision of what they want to create. Often, as they experience the realities of business" this passion can get lost. Being responsible for every facet of their business, business owners may start to feel isolated, and begin to feel they have the weight of the world on their shoulders. Many dont know where to turn for support, guidance, or inspiration. Their business may ultimately fail, or if the business succeeds, the leaders have lost their joy and passion, and are just doing business," thus limiting the business and their own full potential.
