Orange County's Hip Hop Academy featuring the choreography of TJ "Rhythm" Hawkins opens its doors.

(PRWEB) January 12, 2005 -- The Performers Academy of Orange County is celebrating the grand opening of the Hip Hop Academy dance division headed up by choreographer T.J. Rhythm" Hawkins, founder of Rhythm Dance.

This hip-hop program is designed for dancers of all ages and all levels beginning at Hip Hop 101 through advanced performance level classes. The mission is simple. Teach hip-hop like it was meant to be taught. If you like performers like Usher, if you liked the film You Got Served", then you need to be in TJs class.

Natalie Costa, owner of The Performers Academy has been searching for the right teacher for a long time. Many so called Hip-Hop teachers are missing that edgy quality that makes hip hop so amazing to watch. They lack that thing" and attitude that makes you want to jump in there and start dancing. But when TJ came to the studio, jaws were dropping. His most amazing attribute is that he a gifted teacher. You can give him a class of tiny children -- or seasoned adult dancers -- and he relates and enjoys every class he teaches. Its as much fun to watch him dance as it is to take class. Hes that amazing."

The program is simple. Classes are held throughout the week and on Saturdays. The program is kept affordable, $6.50 per class. You purchase a series of dance classes and hit the dance floor.

The plans are simple. Classes are held and those students who are advanced or become advanced level students -- will be spit off into more advance level classes. Performance teams will be formed and these teams will perform in competitions held through out the United States. So, if you want to dance, learn hip-hop the way it was meant to be taught -- then you need to pick up the phone and book into one of TJs classes. Your first class is free.
