Because we are so confident of our personalised service we offer a free one week trial of our services. This allows each client to experience the quality and value that can be added to their business by just allowing Kendlebell to assist them in answering their inbound calls.

As each business has their own individual requirements we at Kendlebell treat every client as unique.

We answer and end your calls in the same way as the client would expect themself or their staff to -- professionally & personally.

Each client is assigned 3 named PAs with every package. Clients are able to call, email or fax their PAs with information or updates on movements, business changes etc.. There is no charge for contacting their PAs and we encourage contact as this builds up the relationship between the client and their new team members.

Every package we offer has the same service level. This is important as clients can change between packages each month to suit their business requirements.

Each package has a set amount of messages which are included in the package cost. There are no hidden charges for sending messages immediately to a mobile, email or fax. There are no additional charges for sending a daily summary to the clients email or fax at the end of the day. If the client goes over their inclusive messages then you simply pay a charge per message above the inclusive amount.

The minimum period for signing up with a Kendlebell package is 3 months. From the third month there is only a one month notice period. There is no 12 month contract.

Clients can add any of our other services when required or include them from the start of their service.e.g fax line.

Kendlebell monitors clients monthly package to ensure that they are constantly on the best package. If we establish that clients would benefit from changing to a higher or lower package we will let them know. Clients can then decide if this would be best for them depending on their future work load.

As every message receive from Kendlebell is valuable we do everything possible to ensure we capture the information that the client requires from each call. Also, if clients prefer not to receive sales type calls/enquiries we can screen them so that your messages are not used up simply due to unwanted calls.

Our client base is so varied that we are comfortable in assisting any type of business. Our clients are not restricted to the UK all though the majority are UK Based. Our furthest afield clients are in Australia and North America.
