Three SCMA Nominations For Codie Prevost

Codie Prevost gets three Saskatchewan Country Music Award nominations.

(PRWEB) January 16, 2005 -- Singer/songwriter Codie Prevost's Name Graces the 16th Annual SCMA Awards Ballot in these major categories:

Fans Choice Entertainer

Prevost has been working hard towards achieving his goals over the past year and his hard work has paid off gaining him three nominations at this years Saskatchewan Country Music Awards.

Codie will be attending the 2005 SCMA awards weekend March 18th - 20th, in Regina. This years event features Tom Jackson as special guest host. Currently Codie is busy preparing for his trip to Nashville. On January 21st he is on In Conversation" at 12:00pm with Don Mitchell on CIPA-TV and will be performing for An Acoustic Evening" at the Tisdale Civic Center with Darlene Tuleta(Melfort), Jim & Brenda Chute(Nipawin), Shalamar Schmidt(Codette) and Alayne King(Tisdale).

Doors open at 7:00pm and the show starts at 8:00pm. This event is presented by AMHM Studio and will be hosted by CJVR's Dave Baker. During the month of February Codie will be recording his debut full-length album at Omnisound Studios in Nashville TN, where he will be collaborating with Producer/Singer/Songwriter Steve Fox and some of Nashvilles finest musicians. In March Codies plane arrives back in Saskatoon prior to the Telemiracle 2005 weekend giving him just enough time to prepare for his appearance on the Televised event.
