Blumberg, a resident of Melville, joined FCSMC&C in 1998 with the merging of William S. Cohn with Forchelli, Schwartz, Mineo & Carlino to create Forchelli, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn, LLP. The firm merged again in 1999, creating the name it bears today. Blumberg, who had worked several years with Cohn prior to the merger, brought his expertise in civil litigation to the firms practice areas of real estate, and land use and zoning.
