Urchin 6.1.1 adds significant new capabilities for Urchin On Demand customers:

  • Lifetime Campaign Value
Marketers can now see which marketing campaigns and activities generate the highest value customers. This is particularly relevant to sites with high-volumes of repeat buyers because looking at a longer-term conversion cycle can significantly increase the value of advertising campaigns. The result is the ability to identify campaigns that are producing buyers with multiple conversions and increase ad spends on those mediums.

  • Map Overlay for GeoTracking
Urchin 6.1.1 users can see traffic patterns and conversion data by city and region, just by viewing a map. The map graphically indicates (using dots of varying sizes) the amount of traffic coming to the tracked site from each city, and also allows users to view the number of visits, page views per visit, and conversion rates for that city, state or country.

  • Expanded Cross Segment Performance Controls
Users can segment data by any number of factors: Source, Medium, Campaign, Keyword, Content, Country, Region, City, Network Location, Language, Browser, Platform, Connection Speed, Screen Resolution, Colors, Java, Javascript, Flash, Visitor Type, or define their own segment.

  • Enhanced Report Usability
Urchin 6.1.1 enhances customized report viewing/printing and export data using convenient title bar controls. Users can switch graphics on and off, expand and collapse report data, and export reports in several formats, including XML and Excel.

  • New Administration Controls
Users can now change their password, switch their reporting languages, and select regional information that affects their time zone and date displays on the fly directly from the On Demand product interface.
