Identifying some of the "suckers" of modern-day slavery and other domestic terrorism may help solve the dilemma. They are easily bred by drugs being produced by major pharmaceutical companies - such as Pfizer, Merck, etc., and perhaps - coincidentally (?) being heavily illicitly distributed and/or slipped to unsuspectorants. There are other factors:
From MKS site, " 08/17/03 - Special Needs"
"Someone who's been a very frequent player in all of this came in the other night. Â It was something along the lines of what we used to be taught about fighting gangs in Philly, something like: Gangs try to intimidate you, so you have to not let them intimidate you. Stand up to them, as much as possible, although being aware of possible danger. Â This guy noticed the reaction of people, as well, and left immediately, hurrying the woman who'd come to sit beside me out with him, in fact, more like literally pulling her out. Something seemed to be definitely going on there. Â these sick, greedy people may be taking as many victims as they can possible get their hands on.
"But, again, back to the person who came in the other night Both these people have very strange personalities. People who know him are very loyal to the one the other night and describe him as 'just a harmless teddy bear.' They also seem very protective and defensive of him. I really don't know him well enough, but I'm wondering if he is known to have emotional problems and, as a 'local boy,' that that's why many people regard him the way they seem to do. But I've seen two very different sides of both of their personalities. In the second one's case, he almost looks like a very different person, depending on his 'personality' at the time. "There may be a pattern of (local traffickers) using/abusing people with "special needs" for their purposes. As I've been sorting things out, I'm remembering queen bee, at least once, telling me that she "knows all the 'town loonies'  Usually, she'd also tie it into the fact that she's been a bartender  for so long, "that's how come I know all that."
" From what I got from the incident of  , I guess that certain people in town, such as bartenders, are very often made aware of people like this, probably told a bit of a description of their condition, and given the name of people who need to be contacted if there are any "problems." Especially after the phasing out of (a local mental health hospital), there may be more than the expected number of people with conditions such as this out there. And there may even be a higher proportion in our area if aides laid off from (a local mental health hospital) offered to help in situations such as this being the one who would be called. They may provide other care, as well, such as assuring that the person who has been mainstreamed is taking medication regularly and properly. Even if the former patient wasn't originally from this area, if former aides living in our area offered to do this, and particularly if the aide was one with whom the patient had particularly become attached and/or if the family felt the aide "really understood" the patient, the family may have tended to have the patient remain in our area.
But, if information such as that gets into the wrong hands it can also be abused by people of low integrity. There could also be instances in which even more is known about this person with special needs, such as what situation or even drugs may actually even intensify what the proper medication is intended to quell. Under certain conditions, people with certain special needs may be forced, through manipulation or whatever, to serve as another one of the (perpetrators') unconventional weapons. And it may definitely make them more vulnerable to falling victim to abduction, as well.
