DCI & RCC to open tourism and real estate investment opportunity office in China.

(PRWEB) January 17, 2005 -- http://www.dynastytown.com/casinos.html

While DCI and RCC are pursuing their quest to implements and bring to fruition the exclusive and only Asian Dynasty Brand gaming & hospitality resorts at a feasible location in Las Vegas, certain efforts are being currently expanded to open office in China, under the auspice of Mainland China's manufacturers.

The "See Ancient China's Palaces in Las Vegas" will be a tourism office, as well as a real estate investment opportunity office, catering to wealthy business owners throughout China, estimated at over 1.5 million, with net worth of over US $15M, considered as an accredited.

The goal of the DCI and RCC office is not only to see over 6 million Chinese travel to United States, with at least half to Las Vegas, instead of currently 340 thousand, but to promote investment opportunity in residential and commercial real estate in California, as well as in gaming and hospitality resorts, throughout Nevada.

The DCI realty's consortium member California Realty, is to promote investments in California real estate properties, particularly in the County of Riverside and San Bernardino, whether in land for track homes developments, or in commercial land for retail shopping centers.

The DCI builder-developer consortium member Invention Developers, is to promote development of acquired land, whether for track homes, or for shopping centers in California, on behalf of wealthy business owners from China.

DCI goal is also to hold not only multi-prototypes for gaming and hospitality resorts, but multi-prototypes for exterior and interior decors and components, with application for residential and commercial realty's properties, and such prototypes are to be implemented by the Chinese manufacturers, and imported by DCI. Construed as the DCI's prototype-design-inventions, such prototypes are an intellectual properties and therefore under a Copyright, instead of a Patent.

The DCI and RCC office, is also to act a liaison to the Chinese journalists, who has recently expressed an opinion, such as "Las Vegas..."Oh, very beautiful. The evening, the light, the buildings here. We can see the work in the different scenery, French, Italian, Egyptian.", as found therein Article "Nevada Looks To The Far East For A Boost In Economy" published October 13, 2004 by News 3's Ben Correa.

The long overdue authentic and only Asian-Chinese gaming and hospitality resorts for Las Vegas, when implemented, will not only provide comfort where all Asians know that their unique life styles will be supported and embraced, but it will be a considerable attraction to locals and tourists from around the World. A must see and experience the Asian wonders of the World in Dynastytown, being the proposed Asian Dynasty Brand.
