CoreTrac Doubles Community FI Customer Base in 2004: Austin Company Continues To Be Tech Sector Success Story

Simple & affordable customer relationship management (CRM)/sales force automation (SFA) solution is meeting rising demand among community financial institutions nationwide, with robust growth expected through 2005

(PRWEB) January 19, 2005 -- CoreTrac, Inc. (www.coretrac.com), provider of the simple & affordable customer relationship management (CRM)/sales force automation (SFA) solution ResourceOne (R1), today reported strong growth for year-end 2004, doubling its customer base and significantly increasing sales over 2003.

In the last two weeks alone, CoreTrac added four new FIs to the growing number of customers using R1. In 2004, the company signed contracts with community FIs from the 100-year-old, $2.4B Mechanics Bank (Richmond, California) and $5B Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union, the nations largest educational credit union, to the progressive de novo Treaty Oak Bank, an Austin, Texas-based community bank that opened its doors to customers last summer.

Theres a strong demand among community FIs large and small for a relevant and cost-effective solution to help them efficiently manage opportunity through technology that automates lead and referral tracking, incentive tracking, pipeline management, contact management and more. CoreTrac delivers on that demand with an affordable, effective CRM/SFA solution, and weve designed R1 specifically with community FIs in mind," said CoreTrac President & CEO S. Chris Ney.

In December, following a thorough due diligence process, CoreTrac garnered further industry-wide approval when it was named Endorsed CRM Partner by the California Bankers Association, one of the countrys largest and most influential banking organizations.

Some of CoreTracs new or renewing community bank and credit union customers include:

•Heartland Bank ($365M assets, Gahanna, Ohio)
•North Bay Bancorp ($546M assets, Fairfield, California)
•Credit Union of New Jersey ($194M, Ewing, New Jersey)
•Three banks owned by Texas First Financial Group ($491M assets, Galveston, Texas)
•Member One Federal Credit Union ($311M assets, Roanoke, Virginia)
•Fairfield County Bank Corp. ($1.1B assets, Ridgefield, Connecticut)

We see the double increase in our customer base as confirmation that the community FI market is now aggressively looking for ways to grow their business and improve client and prospect relationships through technology," said CoreTrac Chairman R. H. Hank" Seale. We see our recent recognition as CBAs Endorsed CRM Partner as a further sign that the market is ready to fully and quickly embrace the benefits and importance of CRM and SFA systems, and our R1 solution in particular."

A primary investor in CoreTrac since inception, Seale assumed a more active role in the company as its growth accelerated this year. Seale has a history of building successful companies that provide technology solutions to community financial institutions. He co-founded Regency Voice Systems, Inc., which serves approximately 750 financial institutions and founded QUP Systems, Inc., a provider of internet banking to more than 700 community FIs nationwide.
