Hayes focus at the firm encompasses representing public companies in complex acquisitions and dispositions to working with entrepreneurs on a range of transactions. Hayes represents both entrepreneurial and middle-market companies in their commercial real estate initiatives, corporate mergers and acquisition activities, and capital formation and restructuring undertakings. During his tenure at the firm he has been lead counsel on transactions including a $38 million acquisition of a hotel / conference center in Washington State; a $22 million acquisition of a hotel / conference center in Connecticut; and a $2 million private placement to fund the development of wellness / diagnostic clinics across the U.S.
