Eftia’s Ai² based revolutionary Flow-Through Provisioning software is enabling KMC to quickly and cost effectively achieve the ‘holy grail’ of telecom service providers – fully automating end-to-end provisioning of services without human involvement. This previously involved numerous manually intensive steps, including interactions with incumbent carriers, various industry databases, and multiple existing provisioning processes and systems. The net effect is to provide ‘instant service’ to KMC’s customers while minimizing provisioning costs.

“I was “wowed” by the Ai² POC and the rapidity with which our existing labor intensive provisioning process could be transformed to provide ‘instant service’. While there are other products and cost intensive software development mechanisms which attempt to deliver flow-through provisioning, we have seen nothing to compare with the rapidity, flexibility and low cost of Eftia’s Ai² solution. This product is what the industry has only dreamed of up until now,” Tim Pasonski, Vice President Corporate Systems KMC Telecom.

KMC emphasized how much they are counting on Eftia and Ai². They are taking their business in a completely new direction and are basing their back office, and direction of their business on Eftia’s capabilities. The initial implementation addresses selected wholesale services. “Over the next 12 months we will be rapidly expanding the implementation throughout the corporation to include additional services with additional integrations, additional user interface functionality, and enhanced workflows,” said Tim Pasonski.

“To be a part of this huge revolutionary step in OSS is very exciting for Eftia and me in particular. This is the network services fulfillment and automation technology I have been speaking and publishing articles about since the 80’s and having the Eftia technology team and our long-term partner KMC first bring it to fruition has been a very rewarding experience,” Stephen Parker, President & CEO Eftia OSS Solutions Inc.
