Sommers is an acknowledged expert with a twenty year career in human resources management focusing on employee development, staffing, recruiting, interviewing training, college relations, coaching/mentoring, and competency development. Through his expertise in these areas, he has assisted various organizations and associations in developing strategic employment and retention programs using effective cost-saving strategies. As a national employment director, Joe guided the staffing, college relations, international assignments, and relocation programs for Ericsson, a worldwide leader in telecommunications. Prior to his service at Ericsson, Joe assisted Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) with the development and integration of an innovative behavioral interview program for experienced hiring.
Joes appointment to this newly created position within the organization will allow ZERORISK HR to expand its behavioral interview training workshops, ZERORISK Hiring System certification training seminars, and client implementation programs. This will enable ZERORISK to meet the growing demand from companies seeking these training services to help them streamline successful hiring techniques, manage competencies and deal with performance and retention issues.

His interest in education and training is fostered by his Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education from the University of Arkansas.
