Web1099 & TradeAccountant Pro: Schedule D Solution... From a Taxing Schedule D Experience a Silicon Valley Startup Invents a Trade-to-Tax Solution

Sync Essentials Inc., a Silicon Valley startup company, today announced the availability of Web1099, a 1099 solution that delivers data (not a picture of data) and Trade Accountant Pro, a full featured product aimed at the unique Schedule D reporting needs of active traders with numerous transactions from multiple brokerage accounts.

Mountain View, CA (PRWEB) January 22, 2005 -- A common frustration faced by active traders is the delivery of their 1099 on paper or on the web as a picture. They need the data! Web1099 solves this by delivering live data directly from the brokers database in the form of a 1099. Some brokerages recall the painful update process experienced in 2004 after discovering errors in their printed and .PDF 1099 documents. Our solution enables a brokerage or bank to update their database and display the fresh data on a web site or, using one of our conduits, deliver it to client software.

TradeAccountant Pro combines an import wizard (for .CSV, .TXT, Quicken® and Money® QIF files) and a Sync" feature (One-Click download from select brokers) with a set of tools that active traders need to capture, organize and report their gain/loss. Last years release earned 4/5 stars on download.com. This year we have included 50 features that traders appreciate. This release includes wizards and controls to manage complex tasks like FIFO trade matching, Exercise, Assign and Expire of options, Marked-to-Market adjustment, Wash Sale Adjustment (on or off) and Support for Corporate Tax Year reporting.

We are particularly proud of the time saving features now standard in Web1099 and TradeAccountant", said Henry Gage, Jr., the CEO and Founder of Sync Essentials, Inc. This is a flexible gain/loss accounting solution with Instant Recalculation that is years in the making. This means you can edit your transactions and TA will finish the recalculations like a spreadsheet. Using Web1099 a brokerage can update their database and allow their clients to immediately see the results on the web."

I was compelled by a frustrating experience in 2001 and the lack of support I received from brokers. So Ive been on a mission to build a better mouse trap. We have built an amazing Gain/Loss Lot Engine that has been elusive for most brokerages. Now I am seeking a strategic partner to assist with a Go to Market initiative. Through teamwork we can make the experience better for tax payers and help meet the governments 80% eFile by 2007 initiative by delivering better data to consumers and Tax Preparers.", said Henry Gage.

Sync Essentials designs, manages and develops software products that enable consumers and business professionals to gather, organize and report information easier faster and more accurately.
