Mr. Cuthbert will lead the day-to-day operations for the Chicago-based management consulting firm, which specializes in employee opinion survey consulting. Mr. Kevin Cuthbert has over 20 years of executive and consulting experience. He has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for three organizations and has consulted with over 150 organizations across multiple industries and geographies. Mr. Cuthbert has an MBA from the University of Chicago, where he was also a faculty member for 3 years. Prior to joining HR Solutions, Mr. Cuthbert served in leadership roles at Capital H Group, the Gallup Organization, Swissotel and the HayGroup.
