In response to recent mishaps concerning Randy Moss of the Minnesota Vikings, Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers and countless other high profile athletic individuals, the Mental Strength Resource Center announced today the release of a training course designed to help athletes and coaches become better leaders.
Since 1998, the Mental Strength Resource Center (http://www.mentalstrength.com) has served nearly 10,000 athletes and coaches worldwide, in helping them to become better competitors through mental training, physical training and performance nutrition education.
