How it works:

Clients can submit their information and credit card payment online at RésuméInk.com. In addition to collecting basic data, Résumé Ink also asks jobseekers where they’d like to work and other information that helps determine the best format and tone. Résumé Ink calls the jobseeker at the time and number they specify, to either set up an appointment for a face-to-face discussion or conduct a phone meeting.

Turnaround time is two-three business days for a first draft and one day for revisions. To reduce the client’s “fuss” time, any questions about details such as dates or titles are written into the document. Every first draft is accompanied by a one-page Explanation Document outlining why the writer chose this format, why some information was omitted or included, etc.
