Outlook Group Kicks Off Twenty Year Celebration At January Company Wide Meeting

Outlook Group celebrates twenty years of serving the funeral prearrangement industry.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 29, 2005 -- Near eighty employees and invited special guests were in attendance for The Outlook Group, Inc. annual Company Wide meeting, Recognition and Awards Banquet on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center, Lombard/Oak Brook, Illinois. Activities for the three-day meeting focused on celebrating the significant sales and marketing progress the company made in 2004 and the company sales and marketing strategy for 2005. It is wonderful to see such a diverse group of talented, dedicated and caring funeral service professionals who share a common purpose of ensuring that no individual enters the doors of any funeral home on the worst day of their life, uniformed and unprepared," said Chris Kuhnen, Marketing Director, The Outlook Group, Inc.

During the celebratory recognitions and awards banquet, The Outlook Group, Inc. recognized a number of unique individuals who made special sales contributions the last half of 2004. Award recipients were: Rookie Of The Month; Mary Jane Lynch (June), Romona Smith (July), Tyler Anderson (August), Barbara Memmer (September), Don Odom (October), Lana Fargo (November) and Jeffrey Harpole (December). Shining Star Awards went to: Beverly Keen (June), Sara Tanner (July), Susan Wallock Pierce (August), Beverly Hooper (September), Romona Smith (October), Alice Kyle (November) and Beverly Keen (December). Homesteaders Life Company 2005 Leaders Conference Qualifiers were: Christine Collins, David Deuth, Judi Gault, Marge GeRue, Beverly Hooper, Beverly Keen, Alice Kyle, Judy Seltzer, Sara Tanner, Ann White, Chris White and George Yuhas. Monumental Life Insurance Conference qualifier was Carmen Guido. 2004 Advance Funeral Planning Professional of the Month awards since May 2004 went to: G. Stokes" Hunter (June), Beverly Keen (July), Judy Seltzer (August), G. Stokes" Hunter (September), Beverly Keen (October), Don Odom (November) and Christine Collins (December). 2004 Lowest Average Age in the company was awarded to George Yuhas. Highest Number of Sales Contracts Sold was awarded to G. Stokes" Hunter. 2004 Highest Modal Pay Business was awarded to George Yuhas. 2004 Total Sales Volume award was presented to G. Stokes" Hunter.

Joseph A. Stith DI Joe" of Joseph and Company LLC delighted and coached the audience with his presentation about Management By Measure, Time To Fly, Our Outlook on Selling, Scripting For Success, An Outlook on Disney and his recap of the book FISH and review of the Outlook Articles of The Constitution. Meeting attendees also learned valuable information from a series of four roundtable discussions dealing with various lead generation development skills.
