Firestreamer-DVD Enables the Windows Backup to Directly Access DVD Media

Firestreamer-DVD emulates a virtual tape drive and seamlessly integrates with Microsoft's NTBackup and Removable Storage Manager, making all the features of NTBackup available for DVD burners, including media spanning, data compression, volume shadow copy, and Windows Automated System Recovery (also known as bare metal restore).
The software operates on Microsoft Windows 2000, XP and 2003 Server, and is fully compatible with Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 and 2003.
