CrossCheck, Inc., the nations largest privately held payment guarantee company, announced the signing of an agreement with Heartland Payment Systems, Inc., a provider of payment processing services. Under the terms of the agreement, CrossCheck will provide check authorization services, including electronic check conversion, to Heartland as part of Heartlands suite of payment services for merchants. Heartland Payment Systems provides credit and debit card processing, gift and loyalty card programs and point-of-sale devices and supplies to merchants throughout the United States.
