• Tuesday, February 8 -- Sterling Glen and Greenwich Hospitals Center for Healthy Aging will host an informative lecture entitled Use It Or Lose It...Keeping Your Memory Sharp" beginning at 3 p.m. Dr. Donna Phanumas and Lila Sherlock, M.S., A.P.R.N., will lead the heath seminar, which includes tips and techniques to challenge the mind. This free lecture is part of Sterling Glens 2005 Hot Topics in Aging" seminar series being offered in cooperation with Greenwich Hospital.
• Thursday, February 10 -- In honor of American Heart Month, Sterling Glen and Greenwich Hospital will offer Have-A-Heart," an informative cardiovascular health lecture at 7:30 p.m. Robert Stark, M.D., a cardiologist with Greenwich Hospital will discuss preventive measures to combat heart disease as well as how to make lifestyle adjustments for those diagnosed with a cardiovascular condition.
• Sunday, February 13 -- A Valentines Day four-course luncheon will begin at noon. The fee for this celebratory event is $25 per person. Advanced reservations are required.
• Monday, February 14 -- Singer Kim Breden of Bemused Productions will present With a Song in my Heart" at 7:30 p.m. in the residences Atrium.
