The Lone Tree Police Department is a newly formed agency just south of the Denver, Colorado area with a day time population of roughly 200,000. The department consists largely of experienced personnel from other Colorado agencies.
Along with implementing everything a law enforcement agency needs, the Lone Tree Police department also had the task of finding and implementing a records management software application. With an experienced staff who has used many different records management software applications it was easy for the Lone Tree PD to gathered information about what features and functions the selected records software would need. After evaluating 7 different applications, the Lone Tree Police Department selected and implemented a solution (eFORCE) from IntelliChoice, Inc. out of North Logan, Utah. When asked why their department selected IntelliChoice, Sergeant Greg Tuliszewski stated; "they have the exact technology and functionality we were looking for. It's easy to use and will provide us a solution for the next 10-12 years".
The Lone Tree Police Department has also purchased IntelliChoice's mobile records management application which will allow their patrol officers full records management and report writing capabilities from their cruisers.
