Legacy Health and Wellness center has relocated their Plano, Texas offices within the state-of-the-art Telos Performance Center in North Dallas. This move marks a name change for Legacy Health and Wellness to Jodie Chiropractic and a full re-branding effort to better reflect the innovative whole-health approach embraced by Telos and its Jodie Chiropractic clients.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) January 31, 2005 -- Legacy Health and Wellness Center of Plano welcomes in the New Year with the completion of a new state-of-the-art facility located within Telos Performance Center in North Dallas.

After 4 years at 5101 Tennyson Parkway, Legacy Health and Wellness has relocated their office to 13701 Dallas Parkway. This move marks dramatic growth for Legacy Health and Wellness that includes a name change to Jodie Chiropractic and a full re-branding effort.

At the new facility, Jodie Chiropractic will continue to service traditional Chiropractic patients, but will also serve as on-site spine consultant for TELOS Performance Center.

TELOS Performance Center, a relatively new entry into the Dallas fitness club market, has emerged as a leader with their innovative, award-winning TELOS Integrated Assessment Program. The TELOS Program goes much deeper than a typical height, weight, and body fat analysis, to measure each members level of function" before a individualized fitness program is developed.

Although Jodie Chiropractic services are available to both members and non-members of TELOS Performance Center, Dr. Jodie is on-site daily to aid in TELOSs intensive testing which includes postural analysis, joint-by-joint mobility and stability assessments and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT).

Dr. Jodie, a former Division 1A college athlete, was drawn to the TELOS facility after learning of their unique philosophy. I became interested in Chiropractic only after a college back injury proved untreatable by a traditional doctor, says Jodie. After working with a Chiropractor for a few months, I was back working out with the team and competing at a level I had yet to achieve.
