According to Jack Powell Chrysler Dodge General Manager, Richard Klein, as a family owned dealership that has been in business for more than 45-years, it was well known as a cornerstone of the local community, but still had challenges in keeping hold of customers and maintaining top-of-mind recognition among prospects.
