Builder of High-Performance Enterprise IT Organizations Joins VeriCenter
VeriCenter, Inc. is pleased to announce the strategic hire of Kwesi Ames as Director of Support Engineering. Mr. Ames is responsible for leading the companys enterprise hosting operations and core technical support organization. Mr. Amess primary focus for 2005 will be in further automating VeriCenters OpCenterTM service engine. This new hire represents another step forward in VeriCenters pursuit of its mission to deliver the best customer service experience in the managed services industry.

He most recently served as Senior Manager of Enterprise Hosting Operations at MCI/Digex, Inc., leading Digexs core technical support organization and managing activities for the Technical Operations division. He successfully implemented uniform and scalable polices and procedures across all systems and networking platforms (Solaris, Windows, Linux, Cisco, Check Point, etc.). Joining Digex in 1998, he also served as Senior Manager of UNIX Technical Operations.

Mr. Ames will be responsible for implementing many of these new systems and tools in his new role.
