The website was designed as a one-stop source for information when traveling to Glen Rose, Texas. Glen Rose was named America Dream Town USA 2004 and is a favorite destination for tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. Due to the wealth of activities and attractions in the area, Dinosaur Valley Inn developed a website for visitors to the Glen Rose area. The website contains a calendar of events for Glen Rose and the surrounding towns (Granbury, Stephenville, Cleburne, and Hico), which is updated every 3 months, and contact information and directions to all of the attractions like The Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and Dinosaur Valley State Park. Visitors can also read about the history of the area and find listings for restaurants, shopping and museums. Also from time to time, www.glenrosearea.com will feature a particular local restaurant on its homepage and provide them with a Golden Fork Award for best area restaurant.
There is so much to do and see in Glen Rose and the towns neighboring it, that we wanted to provide people with a medium to learn about this great town.
