Newly Appointed Regional Leaders Spearhead Local Efforts to Align With Diagnostic Needs of PC Manufacturers and Other Customers

As part of the expansion, the company appointed Takeshi Takeuchi to manage operations of PC-Doctor Japan K.K., the companys new Japanese subsidiary, and direct local efforts to serve existing customers and attract new ones.. Todays announcement follows the appointment late last year of Jerry Chiu who has parallel responsibilities for the new PC-Doctor International, Inc. office in Taipei.
In addition to having a new physical presence in the region, PC-Doctor is creating localized versions of its software and supporting materials in Japanese and Chinese.Both Takeuchi and Chiu are experienced sales and marketing executives in their respective countries. Before joining PC-Doctor, Takeuchi was a senior product marketing executive for HP Japan. He also has held sales engineering and marketing management positions for Mitac and Artisoft in Japan. Additionally, he has entrepreneurial experience as owner of his own sales representative company. Chiu has more than 10 years of sales management experience with companies such as Silverstream, Novell, and Ulead Systems.
Companies in the Asia-Pacific region account for the manufacture of more than 70 percent of the worlds PCs, and an even higher percentage of PC components.
