PayAce and MJV5000 Partnership Announced
The PayAce Group and the MJV5000 Group have agreed in principle to a partnership arrangement.
(PRWEB) February 2, 2005 --The MJV5000 Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of A&M Internet Services Inc., has agreed in principle to partner with Ace Global Corporation. Both companies will retain their unique identities and programs, but will work together in the promotion of the new PayAce.Biz website as well as the EmarketingExtreme.com website.
Ace Global will be launching their new PayAce website on Tuesday February 1st 2005. It contains many unique programs including a Payment Processor, Payroll, Payment Cards, and Credit Card processing. PayAce Accountholders can also take advantage of AcePhone.Biz, the Free VoiP service that will launch together with PayAce.
The Emarketing Extreme program, which compliments it, contains seven income streams, as well as 2 internet stores, and numerous other programs and downloads. Both companies agree that this will enhance their mutual programs, and greatly benefit their members as well.
Pedro Dispenza (CEO of Ace Global Corporation) and Mick Mohr (CEO of A&M Internet Services Inc.) have both agreed to this partnership with a view towards future development of their mutual programs. All MJV5000 websites, and their partners and affiliates, will now use the PayAce Internet Payment System as their primary payment processors. PayAce will in turn, promote Emarketing Extreme to its members.
Additional joint ventures will be discussed as well, and the partnership will stay in effect until either party decides to terminate it. Further inquiries can be made to either company.
