Successful Financing Round Enables American Learning Solutions, Inc. Expansion

Nashville-based education services company secures $1.5 million to finance growth.

This financing round generated approximately $1.5M. Series B investments were made by both current and new investors.

Funds secured in this financing round will be used by American Graduate School of Management (www.agsm.edu), the accredited online degree-granting unit of ALS, to launch additional MBA programs and to fund start-up activities for its Ellis University subsidiary.
