KeyStone and Makau Agree on Settlement

KeyStone Learning Systems Corporation (KeyStone) and Makau Corporation have reached an out of court settlement and have agreed to a mutual dismissal of claims and counterclaims in the lawsuits between the two companies. The settlement remains subject to approval by the court, but no problems are anticipated in obtaining that approval.
