ShipXpress Inc. Expands Cost-Savings Functionality of Its Rail-Transportation Suite of Application Software.

These new analysis programs are modular extensions of the ShipXpresssm rail-transportation suite of application software. Cost-savings functionality include:
| | - Cycle Time Analysis - analysis of the time a rail car (or specified group of railcars)
spends in transit, at a terminal awaiting placement at destination, loading/ unloading at
destination, and returning to its origin. This analysis enables the user to identify and
address bottlenecks in the rail transit cycle.
- Consignee Analysis - real-time dynamically updated schedule of inbound rail traffic to
designated consignees and a continuously updated report on the length of time railcars
are held at consignee locations. This tool enables the shipper to collaborate with
consignees to plan and manage both their rail fleet and their rail car based inventory of
product.
- Dwell Time Analysis - provides analysis of how long a rail car (or user-defined group of

rail cars) has remained at user-designated locations. There are 5 different types of
analysis provided for user- designated locations: Car Detail , Daily Detail, Day of the
Week, Variable Time Summary and Summary by Month.
