Las Vegas High Rise Condos: The Growth Continues
Las Vegas, Nevada is already well recognized around the world as one of the finest destinations for dining, shopping and entertainment that you can experience anywhere on the planet.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 7, 2005 -- In keeping with that world-class motif, Las Vegas is about to transform itself yet again in a truly ground breaking way. MS Las Vegas Real Estate www.mslasvegasrealestate.com would like to welcome you to one of the most amazing metropolitan transformational developments in the history of the United States. What are we talking about? Quite simply, the urbanization of Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a metamorphosis of stunning proportions, driven in large measure by the incredible surge in the value of land itself. Just one acre of desert dirt anywhere near the strip (as well as choice parts of the valley) is so incredibly valuable, that builders are compelled to do the one thing they financially must, go straight up. And straight up they go, with gusto!
The array of services and luxury amenities incorporated into these projects is absolutely on par with the best of high rise condo living in any major city in America, including New York. At present, over 60 high rise projects are under development in Las Vegas. Demand thus far has been as global as it has been dramatic. Some of the most coveted projects are nearing the point of complete reservation status as we speak. Other developments are already moving to the contract phase of the purchase process. Without question, this is a tectonic shift in the residential structure of the worlds most exciting city. www.mslasvegasrealestate.com/condo.html
