The executive committee members are charged with the responsibility of meeting with and advising the associations president concerning oversight of the continuing operations of the organization. Ms. Kivett may help make decisions on a wide range of issues, including budget, legislative agenda, public relations/communications and strategic planning.
Ms. Kivett manages Baron & Budds Public Policy Group to help the firm and its clients be aware of, understand, and address important legislative developments and other governmental activities that may impact their legal rights. She previously served in the firms appellate section as the manager of its legal issues group.
