In keeping with its tradition of bringing together the diverse cuisines of the Pacific Rim, Rickshaw presents an exciting new dessert menu with a variety of offerings to suit every palate and every celebration. Rickshaws new dessert menu is comprised of the following items:
- Chocolate Truffle, dark chocolate truffle topped with sake ganache and served with lemongrass pot du crème and raspberry sauce, paired with a glass of Banyuls;
- Tropical Roasted Pineapple Cake Feathery, white chocolate sponge cake topped with glazed pineapple slices and served with coconut marscopone ice cream, perfect with a glass of Campbells Liquid Gold Tokay:
- Plum Wine Panna Cotta, a delicate panna cotta infused with plum wine served in a blackberry coulis with assorted dried fruits and berries, paired with the Banfi Brachetto Daqu for a sweet surprise;
- Banana Walnut Egg Rolls, served with house made vanilla ice cream and served in a peach caramel sauce, Buller & Son Fine Muscat to complete this sumptuous experience; and
- A trio of Frozen Delights, your choice of three scoops from our nightly selection of sorbets and ice creams, paired with a wine that both suits your palate and compliments the dessert;
- Kahlua Mousse Terrine, a silky smooth Kahlua mousse topped with a velvety layer of crème brulée and served with espresso crème anglaise, made even more delectable with a glass of Dows 20 Year Tawny; and
- The Tropical Fruit Ceviche, fresh tropical fruits marinated in citrus juice with a hint of cilantro and habanero, served with pickled ginger ice cream over caramelized orange glaze, and a glass of Michele Chiarlo Nivole are the perfect combination to toast your sweetheart.
