The book is designed to cater for snake and reptile owners wanting to build their own cages. It will benefit owners of snakes and other reptiles such as bearded dragons, skinks and most lizards (not monitors, turtles or crocodilians).

Details include how to build a cage in ten easy steps anyone can master. Information is provided on topics such as materials, cage ventilation, heating, lighting and ideal cage size.

There is also a section on cage designs and building cages for terrestrial and arboreal species.
