Dallas, TX (PRWEB) February 11, 2005
Free on-site performance evaluations and training are being offered to Dallas-Fort Worth companies by Zen Consulting during February and March.
"Businesses are recovering from the slumbering economy and are now ramping up to meet the expected boom of 2005," said Brandon Brewer, Business Development Manager for Zen Consulting. While preparing presentations for an April international conference in Canada, Brewer said Zen representatives realized there was an opportunity to lend a helping hand to growth-minded local companies.
"Members of our staff have been chosen to speak on various performance improvement topics at an international conference in Vancouver," Brewer said. "As we put the finishing touches on our presentations we realized that the information would be helpful to local businesses, so we've decided to offer free seminars as a service to the community."
The free sessions focus on performance improvement, measurement using the balanced scorecard, and virtual team management.
"Many managers are aware of the problems in their organizations, but because of budget or time concerns, they are unable to implement the solutions that will generate the kinds of results that pave the way for continuous improvements," said Stacey H. Johnson, CPT and Zen Consulting President.
ÂOur goal is to help companies identify cost-effective, scalable solutions that will enhance the performance of a team, division, or enterprise. If we can explain why these initiatives are important and provide direction that will help local companies achieve greater success, the entire community will benefit.Â
Zen Consulting, a Dallas-based business performance management firm, has been providing cost-effective, time efficient solutions for optimum business performance for the past four years. Companies interested in signing up for a free session with Zen should contact the company at email@example.com.
